Heart of Texas Roadshow Featuring Johnny Bush
JMT Entertainment is pleased to bring the Heart of Texas Roadshow:    
 
This show features Texas Country Music Hall of Famer Johnny Bush, Pretty Miss Norma Jean and Tony Booth.
 
Johnny Bush began his career as a member of Ray Price’s Cherokee Cowboys.  His recording career began to take off in the late 1960’s with songs like “My Cup Runneth Over” “There Stands The Glass” “Undo The Right” “Green Snakes On The Ceiling” “My Joy” and “You Gave Me A Mountain.”  Bush wrote and recorded the classic“Whiskey River” in 1973.  The Library of Congress now recognizes the song as one of the all time Top 20 country music standards.  He is a member of the Texas Country Music Hall of Fame.
 
Norma Jean started her career as a member of Red Foley’s Ozark Jubilee.  In 1958, she teamed with Porter Wagoner and moved to Nashville.  Norma and Wagoner started the Porter Wagoner Television show together.  It was soon seen by millions each week.  While recording for RCA, she has many hits including “Let’s Go All The Way” “You’re Driving Me Out Of My Mind” “Go Cat Go” “I Wouldn’t Buy A Used Car From Him” and “Game of Triangles.”  She most recently was inducted into the Oklahoma Music Hall of Fame.
Tony Booth gained fame by working for Buck Owens as a front man and bass player.  He branched out on his own with major hits including “Cinderella” “Keys In The Mailbox” “Close Up The Honkytonks” and “Lonesome 7-7203.”  After a twenty year absence, he signed with Heart of Texas Records.  His latest project is titled “The Other Side of Love.”  He was awarded the Male Vocalist of the Year award by the Academy of Western Artists in 2011.
